Please help -- Facebook problem?

I messaged someone just saying "hey, what's going on?", but they logged out less than a minute later. They've been on Facebook in the hours since (they posed things), but the "Seen At" notification still hasn't come up.

Is it possible that they really didn't see the message?

Or are they blowing me off?

Well, you might not of known this, but there is an option that allows you not to be online, but only offline in chat. Also, the message might of been sent, but the notification didn't show for them. So don't take it personal.
