PS3 remote control problem?
My PS3 is temporarily broken. It's only used to watch movies anyways but when I hooked up my external hard drive a black screen sayin connect the controllers to the USB device and press the PS button. I only have the remote not a controller. How do I fix this?

Your ps3 should have came with a standard sixaxis controller. Unless you bought it secondhand. U might have to get a controller to use your ps3 again. The basic control for doing anything to the ps3 such as restoring it, restoring the file system all require you to use the controller to select options that you want to do to it. If you have someone near you that has a ps3 maybe ask them to use their controller for a moment and get ur ps3 back to normal.
