okay I might be kind of stupid.. but recently I have been having this code error on my ps3 (80710016) which means the ps network is down. it kept saying I have been signed out of ps network. it started when I needed an update to sign in. of course as usual I updated but at the middle of installing. my internet modem turned off. so I had to turn it on again and when I got back I found that my ps3 had restarted and everything looks fine. I tried to sign in... this is where I started to get this code. this is the first I have ever got it ever since I bought my ps3. I searched on the internet like most sites said try system restore and everything will return back to normal. so stupid me tried it... without even knowing that I have to backup my files first. so I restored the system after that all my game saves playstation online purchases user are gone. I couldn't believe it. and EVEN I couldn't sign in! like all of my saves .... trophies....games are gone.. you can say I'm silly but I cried.. because like ALL MY HARD WORK FOR YEARS HAS DISAPPEARED. I searched on google for hours but couldn't find a single answer. please...please tell me can I retrieve all my lost data? at least only my game saves... that's all. Please... I will do anything. because I really might cry for a week or 2... please help me....
