The main problem that I have with your team is the Pokemon with Choice Scarfs. Why do they have Jolly natures? With the Scarfs, they can pretty much outspeed any threats, especially if we're talking about Infernape. Heck, Infernape barely even needs the Scarf; it can just outspeed anything threat it has, plain and simple. I would probably make both T-tar and Infernape Adamant instead, so they can focus on hitting hard.
Or you could take the items off of them, and give them something else that would act on their moves a little more. One item in particular would probably be the Expert Belt, since it will provide these two to hit a lot harder than they already do.
Usually, I see these kinds of sets on Scizors who hold the Choice Band, but the Leftovers could help it stay alive a little longer. It just seems like one would want to put a little more power behind the STAB and Technician-powered Bullet Punches.
Gyarados is pretty much perfect. I've always found Bounce a little bit pointless on it, even if it does provide STAB. I often find that giving it Earthquake will help it to not only cover its one weakness, but to gain decent type coverage.
As for Lucario, I would probably used a Special variant of Lucario. It's not that the set you have is bad, or anything. It's just that...well, look at your team! You have 5 Pokemon who specify in Physical moves, and then you have your mixed Dragonite. Imagine that your opponent kills your Dragonite, and then goes into his or her physical wall; you'd be screwed at that point.
You'd probably want a Lucario with moves like Aura Sphere, Hidden Power (generally Ice and Grass would be helpful), and Flash Cannon, in case you really want STAB. This will just prevent your opponent from flat-out walling you.
The Dragonite is fine as it is. I think it's a pretty decent mixed attacker.
Hope this advice helped you, and good luck with your team!
do away with Rain Dance on Gyarados. no longer too a lot of your Pokemon earnings from it. do away with potential on Luxray. There are greater helpful strikes. do away with Snore on Snorelax. you have an adamant nature plus it relatively is a vulnerable specific attack. do away with Hydro Pump on Lapras, you have already got Surf. Steelix could use Explosion, Roar, and/or Stealth Rock. you may attempt giving Snorlax EQ, Outrage, between the common Punches, Seed Bomb...
sounds great but i personaly think lucario should have aura sphere
This team owns o_o !
