Get into clubs at school, take classes that you've never taken before. Talk to people *I know know it sounds crazy to just go up to people and start talking but it's worth it* Do sports after school, take dancing lessons.

Be yourself and be loyal to people. Don't trust too easy and watch what you say. Really its all you need to know.
