Sleep problem. Maybe Psychological?

Okay, so I'm having a little bit of an issue. I haven't slept in roughly 78 hours, and I'm constantly hungry. If I eat a full meal, in another hour or so, I'm so hungry again.

Here's my health: I'm about 5'10", roughly 125 pounds. I know I'm underweight, but no matter how much I eat, I never gain weight. I'm 16-years-old, male, with no history of any known recurring health issues. My mother and little brother both have Asthma, but I was never diagnosed with it and am fairly active and have never shown symptoms. Last week, I had an allergic reaction to an unknown cause. I broke out in a rash all over my body. I can't think of anything else. I just wanted to add anything, just in case.

For a more background view of me: I'm 16, in the 10th grade. I'm in higher classes, putting me with 11th and 12th graders and the classes are pretty stressful, but I've always had these classes and this has all started recently. School got back in from Winter Break on Tuesday of last week.

I was diagnosed with MDD a few years ago, but I was told that I recovered.

I've also had an extreme affection toward a girl for three years, and we ended up dating for a year and a half and I fell in love, but things ended badly because of complications with my parents, and we stopped talking for a few months. We recently rekindled three weeks ago, and are thinking about getting back together.

On the topic of my parents: My father isn't around; he left me when I was three. My mom and step-dad are alcoholics, and my step-dad openly tells me he hates me. Both are never around, and when they are, I have to stay clear of them in fear of being screamed at or insulted.

If anybody could give some suggestions of what I could do to fix my behavior, I would greatly appreciate it. I'm feeling all the symptoms of sleep deprivation (No focus, confusion, etc.), but I cannot sleep at all. I don't feel tired when I lie down or rest, but when I'm trying to do work or while I'm trying to focus, I can barely keep my eyes open. Also, toward the middle of the day, I start to feel nauseous. It's affecting my schoolwork (I can't focus enough to do homework), my relationship with the girl (I can't listen to what she's saying for longer than a few minutes), and I really just want to get better.

Thank you ahead of time.

Update:

Also, sleeping pills (and a lot of medication in general) make me feel very sick to my stomach. I'd like to fix this without pills, if possible.
