I am very much a natural person, or at least want to be, and I am all about yoga and meditation. You may not think they will work (i don't know you, so I don't know how you feel about them) There are a lot of techniques for reliving stress. Just relax and focus on somethign that will get you to clear your mind. Like your toe, or the corner of your dresser or something. Look up meditation, take a yoga class at your local gym/ywca, or even spoil yourself and go get a massage. And realize that you aren't in control of everything. You sometimes just have to let things go. Not sure where your stresses come from, just had to throw in that last bit. I know i get stressed and sometimes realizing, I can't control some of the things that are going on, and have to let go, that helps me out. try this link too.

2) Well I can't say much (as I don't know WHAT is making you stressed) but, where possible of course, remove the stress in a way which makes you feel good, at your pace and !! in the right way !!
3) If you have a faith/religion, this would probably be a good time to turn to it... a good time to find God in your life.
