Is it better to upgrade my RAM on my computer or Processor I'm currently at 4GB RAM and if I upgraded my RAM I would upgrade to 8GB RAM. I found out the best Processor my Motherboard will support is AMD Phenom II X6 so if I upgraded my Processor I would get that one. This is mainly for Games like BF3 MW3 and stuff. So what do you think the best thing for me to do is?
Update:Thanks for all the help you have made me change my mind. I'm going to change my GPU instead and keep my current Processor I have a NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT so Upgrading my GPU is going to make a big improvement as I am going to get NVIDIA GTX 560 I checked and it supports PCI-E 2.0 x16 Thanks everyone all the help I got I appreciate,

Well George, 4 gb RAM is actually enough for all games out there and the most that a PC can use in one instance is 6 gb RAM (when you are doing hardcore stuff).
Since gaming is your concern, then it is on the Video card that you must concentrate on since it carries 75% of the workload in gaming and the remaining 25% is carried by the CPU.
Thus getting a good mid range GPU like an HD 6770 for mid range gaming or an HD 6870 / GTX 560 for high-max settings is a wise move.
But if yoyu already have a good GPU then upgrading your processor would be the best alternative, I just wanted to clear to you that having a 6-core cpu is useless in gaming since there are only a handful of games up until now that can use 4 cores altogether, thus for phenom II x 4 processors, the 980BE is your best shot. Just a sidenote, pls stay away from the FX cpu's, they are not good performers in gaming, even the phenom II x 4 cpu's are better than them.
I don't know, what do you have for graphics and what do you currently have for a CPU? The GPU carries most of the load when it comes to gaming not the processor.
I don't know about RAM but when changing your processesor, be VERY CAREFUL. Thereshould be a fan that is constantly cooling your processor. If you forget that fan, your fancy processor will melt down.
For your games I think you have to upgrade your RAM.
