Was Amanda Todd technically producing child porn by flashing her boobs on blog tv?
Is it the same thing as a minor taking a pic of themselves and sending it to a boyfriend? That's technically illegal right? So would showing her boobs in video form technically be illegal as well? Just wondering.

She herself did not commit a crime, but it would be a federal offense for anybody to possess or distribute that photo, as she was only 12 years old in it.
It mostly depends on the state if they want to prosecute(don't know about how Canada does it), but she technically was. If she posted lewd photos or video of herself posing or acting in a lewd and lascivious manner that was meant to incite sexual arousal (Ie: showing ****), then it's kiddie porn.
No, technically she wasn't. At least not under federal law, though it's possible her state's law is stricter. If you read this carefully, you'll notice that breasts are not mentioned at all.
