you can go to med school and do a rotation in the ER trauma unit and there are Dr that specialize in traumas unlike what the first person said but the trauma aren't where you can help children only unless you choose that if you want to help children get into social work that helps abused children I commend you for thinking so far ahead to only be 14 you have a good head on your shoulders keep it up

I don't think you can specialize in trauma, but you could become a psychotherapist.
