What is a registrar report?
I am currently filling out my CommonApp for colleges and it asks me to invite a Registrar to complete my Registrar Report. However, I have no idea what a Registrar Report is and who I should assign.

A registrar is a college official who is in charge of recording and keeping records on courses and grades.
In high school this function is usually handled by a dean's, principal's or other administrative office.
