hi im a male 18 years old i have been getting this weird tense feeling like when ever i listen to music i feel tense and shaky and that makes me bite down and clench my teeth really hard it doesn't hurt or anything i don't think its something serious, it just feels uncomfortable it also happen to me yesterday when i was in the car with my friends their was four of us i was sitting on the passenger side then out of nowhere i started feeling tense and shaky like my whole body was shaking from head to toe and i started to bite down and clench my teeth does anybody know whats wrong with me is it anxiety or something. thanks for your answers
