3DS Emulator? No survey?
I want a 3ds emulator with no survey. I dont want one that has to be activated. I would like you to email me the bios if it needs a survey. You must provide me with the emulator that needs a survey for bios before getting my email.

There is no such thing as a 3DS emulator. Unless you have a 3D screen, it that aspect wouldn't work. Also, the software required to make something 3D by default really doesn't exist. If it's recording you want it for, you can get recording equipment and software, or a record-ready 3DS. Otherwise, wait for the 2DS. All the 3D games minus the third dimension, and they'll be emulator ready.
