I love Yosuga no sora! But for me it was really a one of a kind anime with the boundary of not turning into a hentai like most incest genre animes.
The only anime I can think of is 'School days'. Which focuses more on a solid plot with very little comedy and a lot of drama and turn of events like Yosuga no sora.
Aki Sora is 87% like Yosuga no Sora. The little brother falls in love with his big sister. It's funny, really. My friends and I call these types of anime " Sora Anime ", borderline hentai. It's because most of these anime have " sora " in their title. Hahahahaha.
