I just upgraded to a higher speed internet with Charter, and ever since my computer won't connect. I had this problem connecting to my phone's internet as well. I'm not sure if it's just bad connection, or if my computer has a problem with the wifi's speed.

I have an acer computer, I don't have what type specifically but I'm kind of disappointed that it won't connect. Anyone have any specifics as to why it might not be working or anything I can try to get it fixed?

Alright, so I don't know much about anything :P lol how would I be able to check to see if it's compatible? Its wireless that I'm trying to connect to. & the router works because it connects to other computers in the household.
