The former is a disk imaging app and the latter is intended to only Back up personal data files from your PC's hard drive, both inappropriate on NAS.
Your Network Attached Storage device should have come with it's own "multi-user syncing" software, it's in the NAS User Manual. If not, look for the free Windows Home Server on Microsoft's website.
