I used to have Adobe Photoshop CS3 Extended, but some of the files were accidental deleted.
So I had to re-download photoshop, and once it was finished downloading, I tried to run the setup. But the setup didn't start, instead a pop up came up saying, "You can only install one Adobe product at a time. Please complete the other installation before attempting to install Adobe Photoshop CS3", and I know for a fact, there was no Adobe installations running. I tried restarting my computer, but that didn't work either. Someone told me to do a "clean uninstall", and delete all the files that had to do with CS3 in (C:), and I thought I did that correctly, unless I didn't delete all the files, maybe there's a possibility some are hidden, and I just can't find them? Someone told me to delete the components first, but I don't know which file they could be in, and I honestly thought I deleted all the Adobe files in my (C:). I'm in desperate need for photoshop, but it just won't install on my computer, and I would like someones help. (step-by-step, please).
Thanks.

Yes, contact Adobe and ask for help there.
A word of caution. Never, never delete files instead of using the Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs. It is impossible for you to know where all the files are and simply deleting files does not remove registry entries regarding the program. Anyone who tells you just to delete files is dangerous and should not be around your computer.
you additionally can get close-out variations of Photoshop components 4.0 at various merchants for about $35-40. it is important software. It does not provide you finished administration of curves, case in point, whether it does approximately eighty% of what CS2 does.
