My sound card was working this morning but it just stopped working for no reason. When i go to the device manage it shows me this error ads instant hdtv pci driver code 10
I was researching your problem and came across some interesting answers, although some worked for one while not the other. First go through your sound seciton in device manager and update all the drivers for everything in there. Second, if you have norton TURN IT OFF(temporarely disable any antivirus software you have during the update of your drivers). If this does not work then uninstall your drivers for it, and any software that is associated with it. disconnect the card from your mother board and load windows. after windows loads, let it run for a few minutes to completely boot. Shut down and reconnect your sound card and load windows again. Reinstall all drivers and software associated with your sound card.
Lets see if this helps. Restart the machine. When you see the bios logo hit F1 F2 or delete to get into the bios settings. Look for the video settings and see if you can assign more memory to the video. Let me know what mother board you have and the bios id. Download CPUZ and give me the info from there. Did you try a different slot? Did you check to see if the driver is reporting a resource conflict? Let me know.
