i am from the uk and i watched this program on the cbbc channel and they called it 'adventure florida' and i loved it :)
it was about 4 british kids (ally,alex,warren,claire) and 4 american kids (chris,cori,adriana,brian) and they traveled all over florida checking out varius attractions.
i would like to watch it again,but i cannot find it on the internet.
i looked on BBCi player and they dont have it so i searched for 'watch adventure florida' and i t kept coming up with like 'discovery kids-adventure camp' and its all the same kids.
so if you are able to find the answer to my question i will be sooooo greatfull! and i will try my best to answer your questions.

i checked on stuff like tv shack and mega video but they dont have it.

I found the discovery kids website, which you might enjoy. Here in America we can usually watch full length TV shows online, but it doesn't look like this show offers that. They do list a TV schedule. If you have a satellite dish you could probably get it. It is a great show. I've watched it a few times with my daughter.
Since I already have my own wee pee I'd think Checking out Bill & Ted to be a better adventure.
i remember that show it was awesome :) unfortunately it's not available anywhere anymore, i've checked out youtube searched through tons of google pages and found nothing
