Agree generally but still there are times that you get hurt simply even for being good . police lathi charge and robbery are example for that .... but again on deep level , yes you can avoid those circumstances if you wish , its all your hands , it takes cleverness to transcend all these things . for example , not interfering in others affairs indeed reduces lots of problems in which today's society is facing ... .
Sometimes this is wise, and sometimes, just nice, as to think and let ourselves believe that no one can cause us insult or harm without our consent … meaning that we can disallow and stop the hurt, we can take change and let people know as to how they should treat us. The thought is empowering, there is no doubt, but so are many other thoughts however they might not be true; we by nature think for our own good, and quite often take meanings or understand what we like to understand. If for instance it all depends upon us permitting others that why in their right frame of mind someone should give that permission, and why on earth there is so much hurt and pain caused to man by man. The reason is that often the harm is done well before it becomes visible, as in form of a hurt - an abuse may have start long time before it was realised, of manifested in its consequences. The psychological effects of an abuse can result in a loss of self-esteem, confidence and lack of personal concern. No one can hurt us without our permission but the fact is people do hurt each other, and no one who is hurt ever like to admit to the fact that it was they themselves who encouraged what happened to them. A mind was weaned and purposed before, made accustomed to not resisting but to allowing, in methods may have been less so painful in the start, but it worked to make the mind permeable and permissible.
