When I start my dell 8300 desktop after the cmos boot screen and dell splash it goes to a black screen saying ((Alert! System battery voltage low Strike F1 key to continue, F2 to run the setup utility)). I can press F1 to continie to windows xp but what is the issue? I replaced the CMOS battery but not sure if it was new new. Bought a wally world battery for the CMOS battery a energizer one. Does anyone know what the issue is and how I can resolve the screen that comes up when I turn the pc on?

It did this prior with the old battery for the CMOS and after 2 replacements I had on hand.
