you dont need drivers for it, you need to update the bios on your motherboard when you are adding a cpu. but to be honest with you, you shouldnt even have to update that motherboard, its newer than the processor

depends on game resolution. if higher than 1400x900 and/or higher settings (driver/in-game) like AA/AF u should see the gpu being the main factor for framerate. is it a BE edition? u should be able to OC ur cpu by at least 200-600MHz without trouble and with "maximum" allowed stock voltage u might even get more. i would rather OC the gpu/memory/shader since u will gain more than with a bigger or OC cpu.

CPUs do not have drivers, the operating system recognizes them natively.
That processor should be more than able to support that graphics card.
