I'm getting close to finishing the D.Gray-Man anime. I'm going to watch every single episode right to the end, but I would like to know which events happened in the manga and which didn't. I'm wondering which episodes are fillers because I know the anime ended while the manga was still going, and I'm thinking the anime's conclusion might've been altered to fit a more completed storyline. I don't know if I'm right or wrong, though, sorry. Thanks!

D.Gray-man actually had the majority of its filler episodes in the first 52ish episodes.
The ending of the anime was hardly altered at all(Except for one tiny little non-important thing which I don't want to say because it'll spoil the ending just a bit)
So, there weren't any filler episodes towards the end of the series if I'm remembering correctly...
At the end of the series it followed the manga almost exactly and then just slapped the words "fin" across the screen.
There are some episodes I don't even know that are fillers unless it's too ''obvious''. Same thing with manga chapters. If it seems like that there is something repeating, it shows that the mangaka is f*cking with you. While, I don't care about the Bleach anime nor the Naruto anime because Bleach ended and Naruto Shippuden is getting boring for me. Also, with the Naruto manga; the fillers are very obvious when you go through the bow and arrow(Chapter 600). Many people soley judge on fillers. But, who can blame them. Fillers are sometimes being over-used to them. So I would not blame them. I have a thing against fillers. But, I barely recognize fillers. All I care about is enjoying the anime/manga.
