I did some research on this for the purpose of writing a tool that would generate the English version of any number less than 10^306. Here are the respective names in order:
one novemdecillion, six hundred six octodecillion, nine hundred thirty eight septendecillion, forty four sexdecillion, two hundred fifty eight quindecillion, nine hundred ninety quattuordecillion, two hundred seventy five tredecillion, five hundred forty one duodecillion, nine hundred sixty two undecillion, ninety two decillion, three hundred forty one nonillion, one hundred sixty two octillion, six hundred two septillion, five hundred twenty two sextillion, two hundred two quintillion, nine hundred ninety three quadrillion, seven hundred eighty two trillion, seven hundred ninety two billion, eight hundred thirty five million, three hundred one thousand, three hundred seventy six
Billion has 9 zeros Trillion has 12 zeros Quadrillion has 15 zeros Quintillion has 18 zeros Sextillion has 21 zeros Septillion has 24 zeros Octillion has 27 zeros Nonillion has 30 zeros Decillion has 33 zeros Undecillion has 36 zeros Duodecillion has 39 zeros Tredecillion has 42 zeros Quattuordecillion has 45 zeros Quindecillion has 48 zeros Sexdecillion has 51 zeros Septendecillion has 54 zeros Octodecillion has 57 zeros Novemdecillion has 60 zeros Vigintillion has 63 zeros Googol has 100 zeros. Centillion has 303 zeros (except in Britain, where it has 600 zeros) Googolplex has a googol of zeros
I think it is a shame that the USA hijacked this when there was a perfectly good logical system already in place in Europe.
For example a billion was originally it was defined in England as million million = 10^6*10^6 = 10^12 (ie Bi meaning two) and trillion was 10^6*10^6*10^6 and so on.
During my life time the UK decided to adopt the USA system much to the confusion of the banking industry not to mention Astronomy!!!

It would be decillion.
I did some research on this for the purpose of writing a tool that would generate the English version of any number less than 10^306. Here are the respective names in order:
thousand, million, billion, trillion, quadrillion,
quintillion, sextillion, septillion, octillion, nonillion,
decillion, undecillion, duodecillion, tredecillion,
quattuordecillion, quindecillion, sexdecillion,
septendecillion, octodecillion, novemdecillion,
vigintillion, unvigintillion, duovigintillion,
trevigintillion, quattuorvigintillion, quinvigintillion,
sexvigintillion, septenvigintillion, octovigintillion,
novemvigintillion, trigintillion, untrigintillion,
duotrigintillion, tretrigintillion, quattuortrigintillion,
quintrigintillion, sextrigintillion, septentrigintillion,
octotrigintillion, novemtrigintillion, quadragintillion,
unquadragintillion, duoquadragintillion, trequadragintillion,
quattuorquadragintillion, quinquadragintillion,
sexquadragintillion, septenquadragintillion,
octoquadragintillion, novemquadragintillion,
quinquagintillion, unquinquagintillion,
duoquinquagintillion, trequinquagintillion,
quattuorquinquagintillion, quinquinquagintillion,
sexquinquagintillion, septenquinquagintillion,
octoquinquagintillion, novemquinquagintillion,
sexagintillion, unsexagintillion, duosexagintillion,
tresexagintillion, quattuorsexagintillion, quinsexagintillion,
sexsexagintillion, septensexagintillion, octosexagintillion,
novemsexagintillion, septuagintillion, unseptuagintillion,
duoseptuagintillion, treseptuagintillion,
quattuorseptuagintillion, quinseptuagintillion,
sexseptuagintillion, septenseptuagintillion,
octoseptuagintillion, novemseptuagintillion, octogintillion,
unoctogintillion, duooctogintillion, treoctogintillion,
quattuoroctogintillion, quinoctogintillion, sexoctogintillion,
septoctogintillion, octooctogintillion, novemoctogintillion,
nonagintillion, unnonagintillion, duononagintillion,
trenonagintillion, quattuornonagintillion, quinnonagintillion,
sexnonagintillion, septennonagintillion, octononagintillion,
novemnonagintillion, centillion
Thus we have 2^200 as:
one novemdecillion, six hundred six octodecillion, nine hundred thirty eight septendecillion, forty four sexdecillion, two hundred fifty eight quindecillion, nine hundred ninety quattuordecillion, two hundred seventy five tredecillion, five hundred forty one duodecillion, nine hundred sixty two undecillion, ninety two decillion, three hundred forty one nonillion, one hundred sixty two octillion, six hundred two septillion, five hundred twenty two sextillion, two hundred two quintillion, nine hundred ninety three quadrillion, seven hundred eighty two trillion, seven hundred ninety two billion, eight hundred thirty five million, three hundred one thousand, three hundred seventy six
The answer is a Decillion (1000000000000000000000000000000000)
Million = 10⁶
Billion = 10⁹
Trillion = 10¹²
Quadrillion = 10¹⁵
Quintillion = 10¹⁸
Sextillion = 10²¹
Septillion = 10²⁴
Octillion = 10²⁷
Nonillion = 10³⁰
Decillion = 10³³
Undecillion = 10³⁶
Duodecillion = 10³⁹
Tredecillion = 10⁴²
Quattuordecillion = 10⁴⁵
Quindecillion = 10⁴⁸
Sexdecillion = 10⁵¹
Septendecillion = 10⁵⁴
Octodecillion = 10⁵⁷
Novemdecillion = 10⁶⁰
Vigintillion = 10⁶³
----------
After this there is a distinct pattern.
Take the index, take away 3 and divide by 3. We now have the magic number!
If the first digit is...
1 - Use the suffix -dec
2 - Use the suffix -vigint
3 - Use the suffix -trigint
4 - Use the suffix -quadragint
5 - Use the suffix -quinquagint
6 - Use the suffix -sexagint
7 - Use the suffix -septuagint
8 - Use the suffix -octogint
9 - Use the suffix -nonagint
If the last digit is...
0 - Use the suffix on its own
1 - Use the prefix Un-
2 - Use the prefix Duo-
3 - Use the prefix Tre-
4 - Use the prefix Quattuor-
5 - Use the prefix Quin-
6 - Use the prefix Sex-
7 - Use the prefix Septen-
8 - Use the prefix Octo
9 - Use the prefix Novem
All of them end in 'illion'. Centillion is 10³⁰³. That's pretty much all there is to it :P
----------
EXAMPLE: What is 10¹⁵⁹ called?
Take away 3 --- 156
Divide by 3 --- 52 is our magic number
Use the rules above.
Prefix = -Duo
Suffix = -quinquagint
Remember that it has to end in 'illion'! The answer is Duoquinquagintillion!!! :)
