I have a Dell Inspiron 1545 with a Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T6600 @ 2.20GHz processor and I'am wanting to upgrade it, is there any way possible I can?
On most laptops the processor is built into the mother board. The few that you can change, it,s not really worth the trouble. I just recommend to all my clients that's it's better to just think about another computer.
Yes, if you can access where the CPU is located then yes. You will need the same socket type (pin, mobo compatible, etc) and it should be fine. Many people upgrade there CPUS on there laptops with ease, its just like a desktop, expect you will void the warranty. you have an older chipset with that T6600 so unless you are very lucky it will not support the new core i3 i5 i7 etc's atbeast you will be able to upgrade to a Core 2 Quad 9650M which would be a good upgrade from the T6600, but price is also a concern . Most of these mobile cpus are outrageously priced.
Here is a site where you may compare your cpu's to others and find out the socket types etc
