Can you convert Drum brakes to Disc brakes?
I've seen it done on a older model c10 pick-up truck but it widened the wheel base wider. Can you convert Drum Brakes on a 94 chevy regular cab short bed to Disc Brakes?

These guys sell a kit for it. I changed out the drum brakes on my 54'Chevy to disc and it worked great.
When were rear disks offered on the Chev trucks originally? What axle does yours have?
Should be exceedingly simple to get the parts (or complete rear axle if price is right) and swap over to yours.
