I had my cousin install me new front brake pads and rotors. 1 week later i started to hear a small squeak when i apply the brake. I don't remember him using brake cleaner. Is there any way to clean my brakes and rotors without removing tires and everything again?

Sorry to tell you, your cousin got you the economy brake pads: they're called organic(which is to say dirt and saw dust or whatever the Chinese can bond together) Live with it or buy better pads.

Squeaks are caused by vibration, there are many reasons for this. Did the sliding points for the brake pads (not the surface where the pads hit the rotor) and calipers get cleaned and lubricated. When your brake parts were purchased did you buy premium quality ceramic brake pads and the premium rotors or did you buy economy parts? If the rotors were resurfaced were they washed off with dish soap and warm water (removes the metal filings much better than brake cleaner) or if they were replace was the packing grease washed off, again dish soap works best. The cheaper parts and especially semi-metalic brake pads are prone to causing a squeak that will not go away unless you replace them with the premium rotors and premium ceramic brake pads. I won't even warranty new brake pads/rotors against squeaks unless the premium parts are used, this does not mean the cheaper parts aren't safe, they are just prone to noise
Nope. You're going to have to remove the tires, take out the brake pads and apply anti seize to the points of contact on the caliper and brake pad. It also helps to clean it and wire brush away some of the rust. After that everything should work fine and dandy. If not, you may need to visit your local garage.
Squeaking is not unusual. I would not worry about it. It will go away when the brakes get older.
