He made P.E. fun and exciting for his entire class. Coach Bishop has also introduced me to yoga and meditation, I still to this day practice meditation and yoga. I find it to be a great way to release physical and mental stress. I used to hate P.E. in general, But Coach Bishop made me appreciate sports in general, he made us pay attention, and he always had a charismatic personality that made learning about different sports a pleasure rather than a chore.

Coach Bob Bishop is my favorite Physical Education(P.E.) teacher at James Madison Senior High. He is an excellent P.E. Educator. His lectures are focused mainly on hands-on activities instead of just sitting in a desk for an hour. His classroom was filled with multifarious fun activities every single week for the entire year. He taught us how to play many different sports while also teaching us the game rules. He taught sports such as: football, baseball, badminton, volleyball, frisbee, golf, tennis, soccer, racquetball, and basketball. In the past, I have never enjoyed any P.E. Courses, but Coach Bishop's extensive knowledge of sports history and his hands-on approach was unique and never boring, unlike the useless lectures that were repeated time and time again by my previous Physical Education teachers. He made P.E. fun and exciting for his entire class. Coach Bishop has also introduced me to yoga and meditation, and, to this day, I still practice them every day. I find it to be a great way to release physical and mental stress. I used to hate P.E. in general, however Coach Bishop has taught me an appreciation of sports, the importance of paying attention, and he always had a charismatic personality that made learning about different sports a pleasure rather than a chore.
Great! I only made a few minor changes. You had a very strong closing sentence which made it even better.

Music has been a part of our lives [for many years]. Today, we are bombarded with music [all around us]. It is present at home, on the tv, [and] in our cars as we drive to school or work. It has become almost as prevalent as the air we breathe. Thereby, music affect[s] our lives in many diffrent ways. Music has a definite effect on people, animals, [and] plants. In fact, it can have a powerful infulence on our body, mind, and emotions. Music expresses our feeling and emotions. [Never start a sentence with the same word.. change the 3 Musics in this paragraph] Music with a "beat" can stimulate our body. Music with powerful melodies and harmonies performed with feeling can make us weep or cry out of joy. When we are sad, it can help to define and articulate different emotions and when we are happy, it combines[what do you mean by "combines"?] and adds a dance to our step. Music helps babies to learn things faster. The babies who listen to music since they were young have more chances to be smarter [compared] the babies who did not listen to music. [Personally,] I've heard that music does not make them smart. It [actually only] stimulates the speed of learning. Music has a positive effect on animals and plants. In the dairy farm, they play the classical music all day. [This is because] music makes cows produce more milk, and makes them relax [to prevent stress] On the other hand, music also has negative effects on our lives. Some scientists claimed that [a person] listening to music [while] driving [creates] an aggressive driver and [who is more receptible to having car accidents.] Also, there are some songs with offensive lyrics. This kind of music can affect teenagers [in a negative way]. They are still growing and [some of] their minds have not developed enough to be responsible. [Music can also create] violence. For example, [I was shocked when] I saw a [5 year old] boy singing about sex,and drug[s]. Th[ese] kind[s] of songs [can make teenagers get into trouble] Music has been called "International Language". Even, if we can't speak the language of a country, we can move, dance, and most of all enjoy of the music of the country. We may not understand the words of a musical selection, but we do understand the beauty. -- Hope I helped you :)
