Yes you can, if you just want to read them online you can go to www.narutokun.net/ You have to sign up with the site but you don't have to pay, but it hasn't uploaded the latest volumes up yet. or If you want to download them you can go to www.narutofan.com/ to download them it has all the chapters that are out. right now up to chapter 308 that are able to download. Happy Reading the Naruto Manga is very good, excellent, superb
Well I'm not personally a manga fan but I do read some online occasionally. I guess it's one way to say it's stealing but some people call it sharing. As majority of manga's are from Japan, Korea or China (the ones I know of) and if you're in the USA I'm guessing majority of the citizens would read it in English. If you read it online, they provide online scans that are translated into English which are more convenient. (I'm not sure if they sell manga's translated into English in the USA because I don't live there, therefore I'm sorry if I got my facts wrong! D: but I'm pretty sure they don't translate all manga's, maybe just the realllyyy popular ones) Besides even if you think its really wrong there's nothing you can really do about it because there are tons of online manga websites in all sorts of languages :)
Yes. You can download off many sites such as narutochuushin.com or narutochaos.com. Just type in "online scanlation of Naruto". Many sites have the scanlation of Naruto, because it's so popular.
