Computer pros needed!!!?
i tried to add a second hard drive to my computer which im running w7 on but when i turned it on it reverted to xp so i unplugged it and its bak to w7 so how can i add the 2nd hard drive and still have it on w7?
Update:when i go into BIOS and change the boot order it wont let me change anything, why and how can i override this?

Shut down the PC
Install the 2nd HD
Disconnect the data cable from the 1st HD
Use the data cable from the 1st HD for the 2nd HD (w/o disconnecting it from the motherboard)
Easy-peasy
when the comp starts it will tell you how to get into setup or bios. get into bios and find your hard drives. make the one with windows 7 primary and make it first in boot order
