diagnose illness please?
For around a week now I have had a bad headache worse Iv ever had it is above the eyes mostly and all around my head it really hurts if I sneeze ,couch and bend over also feels like I have pressure behind my nose , not in my nose behind, painkillers do not ease the headache at all , I do not or have not had a cold,no blocked nose , no flu, no cough no nothing . Any ideas please thank u

Sounds like a sinus infection or allergy that lead to an sinus infection.
Humidity is important.
1) Get a steam humidifier (use a 1/3 teaspoonful of baking soda to get the water to boil easily).
2) Occasionally apply a warm wet cloth over the nose.
3) avoid sugar and milk products, it makes mucus and feeds bacteria.
4) Get generic Mucinex (guaifenesin) from Dollar General stores, and drink plenty of unsweetened tea (since it does not have chlorine in it), to help water down the mucus.
5) In case an allergy is involved take generic Claritin (loratadine) also from Dollar General for cheap, a regular drug store would be much more expensive.
If this does not solve your problem you might have an infection that needs a doctor's care.
Yes, you have sinus pain. There's a simple remedy for it, it'll seem like a Miracle. Go to the pharmacy and get a sinus medication like Actifed, something with psudoephidrine in it, and within a hour of taking it, you'll feel better. Best of luck, I come from a family that suffers from sinus pain.
