Do girls voices break?
I know they get lower but my voice cracks especially when i sing (i used to perform in theatres singing) i feel like my throat is all dry even when i drink and i cant go as low as i could. Is it just a phase?

A girl's voice doesn't necessarily get lower with puberty because we wouldn't have any adult sopranos at all if that was true! My singing voice was very low before puberty and I was a contralto, I am a soprano now. So the low ones may get higher, and some don't change at all but that's rare.
