The felony DUI was in 2005-another site says she was born in San Diego - so unless her mom or dad was Canadian and she got citizenship through them there's no way come hell or highwater Canadian immigration authorities would let her visit Canada-much less move to Alberta (legally)- the DUI felony and the 2 year term (plus her other criminal stuff) would make her ineligible to live in Canada-or anywhere else besides the US probably.
