do i come off as cocky..?
Okay well I just got called cocky but some kid... and hes kind of a really close guy friend.. like we've been talking about might go out.. buthe called me cocky and it kind of hurt. I mean im the type of girl who goes around school and jokes around about that stuff. Like someone will be 'hey thanks a lot for helping.' and id be like 'no problem.. im just amazing.' but i will laugh and say sike or jk... i mean. i cover up a lot with acting like that.. but i dont see how its cocky.. i just joke around about it..do you think its cocky?

That's not cocky, it's just cute. Your friend might not know the true meaning of cocky, or was just teasing you with sarcasm. I am also awesome. hehe
maybe its not that "im just amazing " thing that makes him think your cocky , maybe its something else that your not noticing your doing , maybe too much flirting ? or thinking you can get guys ?
