Do I need a Brazilian visa to enter Brazil? I am a US citizen by naturalization from El Salvador?
I'm very confused. I know that US citizens DO need a visa, BUT since I was born in El Salvador, and I am a US citizen by naturalization, do I still need a visa to enter Brazil? Please help anyone.
I am not sure if you have dual citizenship, but, even if you do, El Salvadorians are also required to get a visa before entering Brazil. However, the fees for having your visa stamped on an El Salvador passport might be less than that required for having it stamped on a US passport - but I don't think it is worth saving the money, because while in Brazil you would have the support of the US embassy if you have your visa on the US passport, in case anything happens.
Contrariwise to earlier posts, visas are very rarely denied, given that you have provided all necessary documentation. Go the the website of the Brazilian consulate closest to you for a list of documents needed for getting a visa. http://www.brazil-help.com/brazil-emb-consul.htm.

Yes, unless you have a Salvadorean passport too and Brazil does not require visas from Salvadoreans.
Yes and it's not guaranteed that you'll get it. They are are pretty much the same as their American counterparts. They both suck.
