I love them both I love ugahi sushi and the tiger roll from this place in Mesquite and so many others I love the ones that have the little eggs on them I love sashimi, and the tuna is my favorite, with wasabi and low sodium soy I like lots of variety of sushi though so many are good setting at a sushi bar is the best because you can get a variety so many people make it differently. My one of my best friends is Japanese and her mom makes the best and during the summer she make one that is kind of sweet and teriyakied that has chicken pieces in it and she steams it in a steamer and it has almonds on it is a special delight, but you can never buy it anywhere and mochi is another special delight, it is a kind of pounded out rice that you can fry or boil in a soup we usually have it on New Years day it is called Zoni I like it alot too...
it depends what kind of fish are used in the sushi/sashimi. Some fish have a high count of mercury, which is bad for the health. You're just going to have to check which fish have these problems, and cut back on them.

I prefer Hawaiian premium Ahi (tuna) sashimi... Dark red and melts in your mouth...of course, served with shoyu, wasabi and pickled ginger..
