They have been scammed. I saw a show on it. Some people claim to be pro's and then give them these screwed kinky outfits, like this one girl was forced into wearing this zebra print bra, a pink mini with a thong under, and a cowboy hat and boots. Then they made her do all these sexy poses, and she was 11!! They did all these other poses, and when the mom walked in (she was told to keep out) she caught her, and they ran away. But then they saw her pictures being sold on the internet!!!! So if you want to try out, find one of those conventions, where you try out to these people, and then if they think you have potential (dress nicely) they give you a second interview, and you pay half the trip fee, and then they send you on a trip and find you an agent. Find someone respectable. Just remember, some of those girls weren't expecting to be dressed like that, they were expecting a tame modeling shoot, and the "photographer" gave them these kinky outfits. Those girls may have even been molested! Some of them may not have even been paid because they either backed out, or caused some trouble. Their parents should take the person who scammed them to court. But if they agreed, they should at least get paid to be exploited so disgustingly. REMEMBER: models are not "role" models! Find someone to put on a pedestal who gets paid well for discovering or doing something worthwhile, not just getting out of bed, being caked in makeup and posing. I suggest reading "All Made Up" by "Audrey D. Brashich" It's a wonderful book. By the way: that girl I told you about? They prosecuted, and he was put into jail. Hope this helped! x o x o ;)
i'm 14 and i'm trying to get into this modeling/actring school thats all over the US (3 schools out of the USA) (they don't let everyone in, you know Moises Arias from hannah montana, rico? yeah he went there)
i think you could be a model, but to be a fashion model (wich you know we are all still grwoing and all) you have to be at least 5'8 but theres other kinds of models.

From what I can see from that tiny pic lol, you are pretty. If you have tan skin and long legs that is always a plus. I say go for it!
