Does Agoraphobia resolve itself?
Hi im 13 and have had Anxiety/Paranoia issues since ive turned 13 (4 months). I have Agoraphobia and have been on Clonazepam/Zoloft and a small dose of Risperdal for about a month, prescribed by my doctor. Today I managed to go outside of my mom's apartment and actually felt very little anxiety. I wanna know is it my medicine or just my anxiety starting to resolve itself? Please answer thank you!

no no no.... It does not.
I am 14 and I have got it very bad to the point I can only handle to stay in one room on my house..
and I get scared when I leve it. It don't fix it's self, you need counseling and everything. I take Xanax for anxiety and paranoia... I'm also schizophrenic. It's good that you could walk outside and feel very little anxiety..start with those type things. Don't go far from home, maybe walk outside, and every time get a little farther..Assure yourself that nothing bad will happen, and you will get more trusting of outdoor in no time!

um well you have to overcome your fears and do exsposure therapy and it might be better
and i am scared of my shower here my moms house but it will be better for me i know,
and well i use one med myself and it keeps me calm but makes me sick and and dizzy
and i dont like the side effects of my one med its not good been on my med for 3 weeks now,
and want to go off it badly but then i wont be so calm and feeling good might cry again
like i did before meds, i hate my brain it messes with me here and its gotta stop
