Does anybody know how to convert uM to mcg/ml for a chemical compund?
In particular I am looking at a compound SQ109 which is a new TB drug. I was looking at a research paper but am having difficulty interpreting the results. Thank you for your assistance
uM is essentially (1 / 10^-3) umole/mL. convert umoles to mcg. For example, if you have 2 uM concentration, that would be 2000 umoles/mL. Then just convert umoles to mcg, (2000 umoles x molar mass [g/mole = mcg/umole]) That should give you mcg/mL.
