No it doesn't. If you just eat like once a week it should be okay. the thing that causes cancer is the plastic the cup is made of. When you pour hot water in the plastic will go a little into your noodles and that plastic can cause cancer. Try to put the noodle into a bowl before putting hot water in it.Oh and I don't mean foam cup. I mean the plastic type that you get in china and the asian countries.
