In the beginning of the series Naruto is bumped into Sasuke and they "kiss" much to the disgust of each party.
During Shippuden, Naruto injures his hand learning the Rasenshuriken and is upset that he can't go on missions due to injury. When Tsunade finally clears him, he annoys Kiba and Shino until Sakura kisses him on the cheek, calming him right down.
During another, he helps a kunoichi in a village led by women by recounting his love for Sakura.
So far, Sasuke and Sakura are the only ones to touch lips to Naruto.
As to the NaruHina "handhold," it was confirmed in manga to be for chakra transfer only. As a matter of fact, right after Naruto holds Hinata's hand, he holds Shikamaru's in the exact same way to also transfer chakra.
Two years after the Fourth Shinobi World War, Hinata, plans to give Naruto a hand-made red scarf for the Konoha Winter Festival and to confess her love for him, but encounter problems from her own shyness and the new competition with the many young women for his affections thanks to his new-found popularity as the hero of the entire world. Later, she is targeted by Toneri Ōtsutsuki, who fails to kidnap her thanks to Naruto's intervention, and takes her younger sister Hanabi, instead. Naruto, Hinata, Sakura, Sai, and Shikamaru are then dispatched to rescue Hanabi, but after entering his domain, fall into a trap. With the search team overwhelmed by Toneri's power and the shinobi forces defending the surface from meteorites failing, eventually, Toneri, calling Hinata the "Byakugan Princess" arrives and proposes marriage to Hinata which she accepts so she can save her sister. Later, Naruto arrives to rescue her and together they defeat Toneri and thwart his plans. With the crisis averted, Naruto proceeds to confess his new found love for Hinata, and states that he wants to be with her forever, much to her satisfaction. The two share a kiss, and the story flashes forward to their wedding, and later a peaceful morning with their two children Boruto and Himawari.
