True happiness does not exist. Just as enlightenment and euphoria do not exist too.

Happiness is a state of mind and no one is able to make you happy but yourself.

Life is what you make it and how you cope with the ups and downs that we all go through in our daily lives. Do the best you can and try to think positive thoughts.

You are not responsible for what other people do regardless of your state of mind.

Stay optimistic and deal with it.

It's when you set aside the differences and look at the similarities, i dont know exactly i think i have a perfect life when i listen to music because, intially its all i really need for me to be happy

i was living with my grandma who i loved to death without my mom or dad there to rape and beat me i had everything (my grandma was rich) i had a perfect boy friend perfect confidence in myself

then my grandma died

i went back to mom and dad

spun out of control

bf dumped me

almost went crazy

personally. i dont think their is. no one can truly be happy.

theres always going to be someone or something that makes u sad mad.

what about everything thats happening? innocent people getting killed and etc..i mean thats life but how can you be truly happy whe n you know horrible stuff goes on

i think that you should go to www.mormon.org and see for yourself. i believe true happiness absolutly exists and i wish the best for you. being happy is essential

i really don't know. at least i have never experienced such a thing.but ya know the people of our time all over the world are so screwed up and miserable i really don't think could have noticed. ya know
