I will suggest you to download Driver Genius Software. The software will automatically fetch all the supported drivers and you can download and install by choosing which driver you need for your laptop. But, this required the internet access in order to get the details for the laptop.
You want drivers, you either go to the manufacturer of your mother board website, or laptop. If you can't read the make of motherboard, which is written on it then that is the only time you should pay for drivers, with driver detective or such. bear in mind they will be generic drivers. Windows 7 has a whole library of drivers, so if between that and the manufacturer you shouldn't have to pay, unless it is really old and the probably not worth refurbishing?
