Duolingo, memrise?
Is it possible to learn a new language with duolingo or memrise? If so, what level of fluency can we reach ONLY through that? (I know that communication is necessary as well)
And how many lessons in a week is optimal to have a language course if I choose to learn a language with a teacher instead?

Ugh it's ok, but Duolingo does not explain grammatical rules. It is a fun app to use, but you probably need to use other resources if you're taking it seriously.
