ePSXe Black Screen On Startup?
Someone help me please. I've all the necessary plugins and .iso and .cue files. But when I start playing any game (using the .iso of course), The emulator shows a black screen, and is unwilling to proceed further. Also, with games that have save states somewhere in the game, it runs smoothly. Any answers?

There's several factors why epsxe shows black screen on startup, first, the BIOS, without it, epsxe cannot run any games and shows black screen (of course you can load the games with the save states because it already bypass the BIOS).
Second, it could be your "corrupted" game images, try to download from another good location. Next, the plugins configuration. Try different plugins, like Pete's OpenGL, PeopsSoft, D3D...and try to configure their options. Wrong plugins and configurations will net you black screen too. Good luck!

I depends on what game you're using. I have to switch plugins for games like soul blade and tron bonne for whatever reason. Just google the game you want to play and type up epsxe plugins, or something. A emulator forum will do a better job than I.
