factor 5x-5y+ax-ay
what about 6x^3+14x^2+8x
never mind =]
5x - 5y + ax - ay
5(x - y) + a(x -y)
(x-y) (5+a)
im learning this now...it's my best.5x-5y+ax-ay
the answer should be..
5x+ax-5y-ay
5ax^2-5ay^2
five ax to the second power minus five ay to the second power. this is like the second time im taking this class if i did my work and showed up on time instead of an hour late every day i would pass with a c at least. math is my fav subject.
By grouping
=5(x-y)+a(x-y)
=(5+a)(x-y)
