Final Fantasy XIII - Vercingetorix Mission 64 Help Please!!!?
Okay, for those of you who are like me and want to beat all the missions in ff13 but have actually beaten the last one, how did you do it?? I have looked at all the strategies online and am so freaking frustrated because none work. I try the poison thing but always end up having to heal before it sticks because i will die. All my characters are maxed out and have good weapons but I just cannot beat this battle. I've tried parties of fang, lightning and hope, and vanille, lightning, and fang, but I can only get vercingetorix's health down to like 40%. Please help before I rip my hair out!!!

Stick with Vanille, Fang, and Lightning. You decide what equipment to give them but make sure 2 if not all 3 of the party members have Genji Gloves so they cal deal more than 99,999 damage. My paradigms for Verci were simple. I had all 6 of my paradigms dedicated to one of each of the roles. For example one for all Medics, one for all Ravagers etc. You should go into battle with aeigisol and fortisol and start with a paradigm with all Sabouters to cast poison. Once poison sticks, switch to all Ravagers to stagger Verci. Switch to all Commandos when Verci is staggered or to all Meds when low on health. When he puts up his barrier switch to all Synergists to buff and to all Meds to heal. Once Verci's barrier is down debuff him and cast poison until it hits and rinse and repeat. Use all Sentinels when Verci uses Wicked Whirl. This attack can kill you w/o all Sens. When Verci is low on health and is poisoned summon Vanille's Eidolon, fill the gestalt gauge, & use the 1 unit attack to stall until poison kills him.
