Final Grade Percentages help =//?
Hi! I'm just curious what the lowest and highest Grade i could make in this class.
I have an 88 currently and the Final is 20% of our grade
It's not really a big class that helps the GPA Since its a 1 hours course...
And i have a Phys Final Which is more.. so i'm debating in really studying for this Lab or more time studying for my Main Final...
so what's the lowest possible grade for the final i could make to keep the B
And what the highest grade i could make to get an A?

The 88% is 80% of your grade...the final 20%
Thus:
Grade you want = .88 x .80 + Final x .2
Grade on Final = (Grade you want - .88 x .8)/.2
If you want to maintain a B (.80), you need at least a 48%
To get an A (.90), you need at least a 98%
assuming 80 is a B
your current average is 70.4
80 - 70.4 = 9.6
9.6 / .2 = 48. You need to make a 48 to make a B
