Both are great handguns. You can't go wrong with either.
I prefer the Beretta. I like it's all metal construction. I also like the way it looks. I also have a history with it since I carried one for years in the military. It feels like a natural extension of my arm. I have an early 92F. After thousands of rounds, first from my Dad, and now from me, it functions as if it was a new gun. It has also worn extremely well. With a good cleaning after each trip to the range, it looks nearly new too.
9mm Glock WHAT? Glock 26 Glock 19 Glock 17 9mm Beretta WHAT? 92fs? Nano? C'mon man. How do you assume answer while you don't even give us guns to evaluate? A brand identify and a caliber just isn't adequate!
Between a G19gen4 and a Beretta 92FS, I'll take a S&W 686 Plus.
Sorry, but I don't particularly care for the Beretta or the Glock. Neither one fits my needs; the Glock, because it doesn't fit my hand, and the Beretta, because I simply don't like it.
Have owned both. Of the two I find the Beretta 92 to be a far more attractive handgun than the Glock 17/19 Series. Of the two I find the Glock to be a more durable handgun.
With a Glock and Beretta, it really depends on what kind of grip you like. Personally I just like a Glock because it is easier to clean imo, but a lot of people will decide they like the beretta better or the glock better because of the different grips on the Beretta.
Glock, Just one of the best guns out there. Not saying there's anything wrong with Beretta 9mm. Both great guns, But i'd personally go with the Glock anyday.

Like I said. Either would be a great choice.
Which Glock 9mm? They make 4 or 5 different kinds.
Which Beretta 9mm? They make about 6 or 8 different kinds.
Which Sig 9mm? They make about 7 or 9 different kinds.
Edit: Ok, now that we have specifics. The Beretta 92FS. Because I don't like the way a Glock grip feels in the hand.
