I have seen most Teen dramas and I would have to say that my favourite is the OC. This is mainly because it has really likeable characters that you want to watch. It is highly addictive and draws you in usually from the first episode. Of course it only has 4 seasons and is not as fantastic the whole way through but the first 2 seasons at least are fantastic! It has some great drama but with a great balance of comedy (Seth is hilarious!) which keeps it fun and light to watch, where sometimes One Tree Hill can be all drama.
You may also like Gossip girl which is also a great teen drama although the characters are not as likeable as in One tree Hill or the OC so it can mean the show gets annying when the storylines arent as good.
90210 (the new one) is also good for a bit of light entertainment and if your really love the teen drama genre. It is quite lacking in depth and good characters and storylines but I still enjoy watching for when i have nothing to do.
Pretty Little Liars is good at first but is not a grreat show.. I promises so much but gives so little. It has a great concept how ever halfway through the second season we are still no closer to finding out what happens and the storyline has dragged along. I find it is slower to reveal things than 'Lost'!
But it is also a bit of light entertainment and if you like fashion the style is good so you can shop at the same time (same with Gossip girl)
Bay Kennish (Vanessa Marano) is an artistic teenager being raised by her stay-at-home mom Kathryn (Lea Thompson) and former professional baseball player father John (D. W. Moffett), in the wealthy neighborhood Mission Hills, Kansas, along with her brother Toby (Lucas Grabeel). After studying blood types in school, Bay begins to wonder why her blood type does not match her parents'. The family gets genetic testing done and confirms that Bay is not biologically related to them. They discover that the hospital mistakenly switched her with another newborn, Daphne Vasquez (Katie Leclerc), a deaf teen living with her struggling single mother Regina (Constance Marie) and Puerto Rican grandmother (Ivonne Coll) in a working class neighborhood in Riverside, Missouri. A case of meningitis caused Daphne to lose her hearing as a child so she attends Carlton, a school for the Deaf, where she plays basketball, and learns to sign.
When the two families meet, the girls struggle with their identities as Bay relates to Regina's artistic abilities and Daphne is drawn to John's athletic skills, as well as the family's friendly demeanor. The Kennishes learn that Regina is facing financial woes and propose the Vasquezes move into their guest home. The new living situation forces the girls, along with both families, to understand their differences and embrace their similarities. Kathryn wants to bond with Daphne as her mother and unintentionally alienates Bay, whereas Regina is fighting Kathryn's influence on Daphne and though she sometimes bonds with Bay, she doesn't want to switch children. During the season finale, Bay's biological father Angelo Sorrento shows up at her art show. Fighting starts up after some secrets about Regina unfolds.
Oscar winning actress and deaf advocate Marlee Matlin plays a friend of Regina's and the mother of Emmett (Sean Berdy), Daphne's best friend and school-mate.

I personally think Pretty Little Liars is good or The Secret Life of an American Teenager on ABC Family
